Job Title: Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PAM Technology Consultant with 10+ years of expertise to efficiently manage Delinea and BeyondTrust environments within an enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with company stakeholders, analyze pain points, and drive end-to-end managed operations for Inova, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand security challenges and business requirements.
  • Manage and optimize Delinea and BeyondTrust PAM environments for operational excellence.
  • Oversee managed operations engagement, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with customers for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and dependency management.
  • Review and validate daily deliverables, reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Guide the project team, deliver regular progress reports, and participate in management reviews.
  • Organize and lead project progress meetings to track milestones and align deliverables.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies: Delinea and BeyondTrust.
  • Leadership skills in governance, dashboard reporting, and PAM architecture solutions.
  • Proficiency in automation, continuous improvement, value-added initiatives, and compliance management.
  • Expertise in operational excellence, including team-building, utilization management, attrition control, and compliance adherence.
  • Strong customer management abilities to build relationships across multiple levels in the client s organization.
