COTS Testing-EIS OneSuite:

Key Responsibilities:
1.Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to COTS implementation, focusing on end-to-end business scenarios rather than unit-level code testing.
2.Configuration Validation: Verify that the suite's pre-built features and user settings function correctly within the organization's unique environment.
3.Integration Testing: Ensure seamless data exchange between the EISOne Suite and other internal or external applications via APIs (REST/SOAP) and ETL processes.
4.Regression Testing: Execute automated and manual regression suites following any vendor updates or security patches to ensure existing configurations remain stable.
5.UAT Coordination: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guiding business stakeholders through the suite to confirm it fulfills operational requirements.
6.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Zephyr, specifically distinguishing between vendor software bugs and internal configuration issues.

Required Technical Skills:
Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Smoke testing, and functional testing practices.
