Reports To: Director of Business Architecture
Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation and integration of Salesforce CRM, Kantar XTEL TPM, MarTech products Adobe, SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and Enterprise Architecture principles. The Business Architect will be responsible for aligning business capabilities with strategic technology direction, driving business process improvements, business capability mapping, and working with the business to maintain a technology roadmap that supports the achievement of Company's Enterprise goals.
1. Strategic Alignment:
o Collaborate with senior leadership, business areas, and functional teams to align business strategies with IT capabilities.
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive business architecture framework that supports the Sales & Distribution organization.
2. Technical Expertise:
o Lead the design, integration, and migration of Salesforce.com CG Cloud, Experience Cloud solutions, and implementation of XTEL TPM solutions.
o Ensure seamless integration to other enterprise systems.
o Provide expertise in Marketing, CRM, and TPM best practices and industry standards.
o Re-architect Azure based Sales Data Foundation
3. Capability Mapping & Business Process Modeling:
o Conduct capability mapping to identify and document business capabilities.
o Develop and maintain business process models to improve operational efficiency.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
o Implement and manage enterprise architecture management tools like LeanIX.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
o Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT teams.
o Act as a liaison between the Sales & Distribution organization and other departments.
Salesforce.com
o CG Cloud: Extensive experience with Salesforce.com Consumer Goods Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
o Salesforce.com Experience Cloud: Proficiency in implementing and managing Salesforce.com Experience Cloud solutions.
o Salesforce.com Integrations and Migrations: Proven track record of successful Salesforce.com integrations and migrations.
SQL Server: Strong knowledge of SQL Server for data management and analysis.
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure for cloud-based solutions.
Business Capability Mapping: Ability to conduct capability mapping and document business capabilities. Ability to perform application rationalization.
Enterprise Architecture Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools like LeanIX for enterprise architecture management.
Business Process Modeling: Experience in developing and maintaining business process models.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
TPM: Deep experience in TPM solutions such as Aforza or Kantar XTEL.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or Developer.
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture principles similar to those in the TOGAF framework.
Good understanding of CPG Sales, Trade Promotion Management, and Marketing processes.
