Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Define & drive strategy for Financial Risk Functions (Credit, Treasury, Market Risk).
- Ownership to risk technology roadmap (increasing platform capabilities & making systems more modern + efficient).
- Translate regulatory frameworks into scalable technical designs for automation.
- Lead the creation of a firm-wide Risk Data and Analytics platform.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams for compliant risk platforms.
- Advise risk leads on tech decisions, anticipating regulatory and macroeconomic changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet transparency expectations.
- Oversee execution, managing delivery and resources all the way through.
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic planning materials.
- Lead modernization initiatives like cloud migration and risk infrastructure consolidation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years in financial services technology, with 10+ years in risk, treasury, or finance systems leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade tech solutions for financial risk management.
- Deep knowledge of risk platform design and architecture, and experience with data architecture, cloud integration, and real-time analytics.
- Notable leadership & communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and balance business needs with tech delivery.
