Job Details
Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC/Irving TX/Minneapolis MN/Chandler AZ/Iselin NJ - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Must Haves:
- Must have hands on AI/ML SDLC experience in an enterprise level environment
- Hands on experience building AI programs from scratch
- Must have expertise with LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP) - must be highly skilled with performance optimization around AI models
- Expertise with Python Development
- Senior level programming experience with Java or .NET
- Must have hands on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Integrated Development Environments (IDE)
- Hands on Prompt Engineering experience
- Experience building AI agents
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and high-level stakeholders
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
Day to Day:
- Coding and Model building in Python
- Build and train AI models related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Influence AI behavior utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Utilize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for code remediation
- Performance Optimization around AI models
- Integration and Deployment with programing languages such as .NET or Java
- Utilize Integrated Development Environments (IDE) for coding and debugging
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and high-level stakeholders
