The Opportunity As a CNC Programmer, you will be instrumental in translating engineering designs into precise machine instructions, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality components. You will work with cutting-edge technology, collaborating closely with engineers and machinists to optimize processes and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role requires a meticulous approach, a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, and edit CNC programs for various machines, including mills and lathes.
  • Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine optimal machining processes.
  • Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates.
  • Perform program simulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs and processes.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
