Role Overview

The Environment Manager owns the planning, scheduling, lifecycle, and cost optimization of all non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Performance). This role is the key enabler for project/product delivery and test teams, ensuring environments are stable, available, and cost-effective. The Environment Manager works closely with technical towers (DBAs, Infra, Security, Network, Application) and DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment operations run smoothly. They are accountable for managing environment sharing, conflict resolution, and risk escalation, while also optimizing cloud and infrastructure costs.
