Job Title: Salesforce SFDC Technical Lead
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SFDC Technical Lead to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with business and client stakeholders in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across large enterprise environments

  • Lead Salesforce integrations with multiple applications and system architectures using REST and SOAP APIs

  • Serve as a technical lead for Salesforce initiatives, guiding architecture, development standards, and best practices

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions

  • Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and client presentations during pre-sales and delivery phases

  • Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment activities

  • Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines

  • Mentor and develop Salesforce developers and technical team members

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience delivering enterprise solutions

  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Workflows, and Salesforce APIs

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong technical pre-sales experience, including solution design, scoping, and client presentations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

  • Additional Salesforce certifications

  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
