Employment Type: 12 month W2 Contract (no C2C or sponsorship)

Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking Senior Software Engineers to support a long term initiative building and enhancing enterprise level applications. This role is fully remote for candidates in approved hub locations and requires hands on expertise with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, .NET, and SQL Server. We are looking for engineers who can contribute across the stack and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, C Sharp, React, and SQL Server
Build RESTful APIs and integrate front end and back end components
Contribute across the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver high quality features
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Mentor junior developers and support engineering best practices

Required Qualifications
Five or more years of professional web development experience
Three or more years of hands on experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
Three or more years of experience with .NET (C Sharp) and ASP.NET Core or MVC
Strong SQL Server experience, including writing queries and tuning performance
Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation
Experience with Git or other version control tools
Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools
Familiarity with Azure or AWS
Experience with CI and CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform
