About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a key workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role will focus on managing the SAP Process Tower, initially centered around Order to Cash (OTC), with potential expansion into other areas such as Procure to Pay (P2P).
Senior SAP Project Manager (Contract - 6 Months)
Location: Hybrid (Preference for candidates within driving distance of Ohio)
Around 75% remote work
Key Responsibilities
Lead the SAP process tower workstream, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
Manage project plans using MS Project, including external linking of dependencies across workstreams.
Oversee execution of SAP project deliverables, including WRICEF objects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both functional and technical unit testing.
Interface with offshore and offsite resources, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline while managing risks and issues proactively.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on SAP implementations (OTC or P2P preferred).
Deep understanding of WRICEF objects and SAP project lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Project, including dependency linking across workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.
Ability to interpret both functional and technical specifications.
Familiarity with Project Online/Server or similar PPM tools.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
Experience working in a matrixed organization.
Background in managing multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to coach and mentor junior project managers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
