Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Junior Technician in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure all assets and hardware devices are properly tracked in ServiceNow and perform audits as device requested
* Oversee on-site setups, installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing of equipment, including imaging equipment, network cabling, etc.
* Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine appropriate solutions
* Adhere to all clients procedures and required safety protocols
* Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to restore incidents
* Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate recommendations, and deliver briefings as needed
* Foster positive relationships with on-site personnel, internal support teams, and support partners
* Attend meetings and provide feedback to address field-related concerns
* Stand or sit for extended periods of time

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3+ years of experience in technical field/desktop support, application deployment, configuration management, and hardware setup or assembly
* Strong desire to learn, innovate, and excel in hardware support, application AI deployment, configuration management, cabling, and hardware installation
* Comfortable with multitasking and managing several stakeholders' projects simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical details and vice versa
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with malfunctioning equipment
* Extremely self-motivated and trustworthy, delivering an exceptional support experience to all that we serve
* Experience with the ServiceNow request/incident tracking tool and the capability to document all project support paperwork is required
* Effective time-management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on the project's targeted schedule are crucial
* Great attention to detail to identify issues, complete project scope, and perform required installations is important
* Strong organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized are also needed
* Hands-on experience with the installation of equipment, imaging devices, and basic troubleshooting is required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
