Job Details

Exp: 20 Years

Required Skills:
• Senior Functional – Oracle Cloud HCM
• Must have at least 2 Oracle Cloud SaaS Implementation experiences.
• Must have Oracle HCM Cloud extensions, conversions, and integrations experience
• Must have good experience and exposure to data conversions from legacy applications.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Must have knowledge on SQL/PLSQL, XML Publisher
• Should understand OAF, basic UNIX scripting
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll and Talent management modules
• Should have experience of management of the extended teams at Onsite/Offshore
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Build relationships with customer teams, application owners and resources.
