Job Title: NetSuite Admin

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

My client is a leading manufacturing company based in Phoenix, AZ seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Admin to join their team. This role will start as a hybrid position with 2-3 days on site, but will offer more remote flexibility down the line. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with 1 end to end implementation, as well as some scripting/coding experience. Additionally, experience working within the manufacturing industry and with retail and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage, and maintain the NetSuite platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality


• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement


• Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and reports to streamline operations


• Provide technical support and training to end users, troubleshooting issues as they arise


• Stay up to date on the latest NetSuite updates and best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience


• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Admin, with at least 1 end to end implementation


• Strong scripting/coding skills, with the ability to customize NetSuite to meet business needs


• Experience working within the manufacturing industry and with logistics and inventory management


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
