Java – Spring Boot Developer (4–7 Years) – Onsite Chicago (Local Only)

Job Description

Our client is hiring a Java Spring Boot Developer (4–7 years) for a full onsite role in Chicago, IL.
Only local candidates with a local DL and availability for in-person interviews will be shortlisted.

Responsibilities

  • Develop backend microservices using Java & Spring Boot

  • Build and maintain REST APIs

  • Troubleshoot application issues and support production deployments

  • Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint activities and planning

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Required Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework

  • Experience with REST services, JSON, SQL/NoSQL

  • Familiarity with ORM tools, unit testing, and build tools

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements

  • Local to Chicago

  • Local driver’s license

  • Must attend onsite final round
