Location: Warwick, RI ---- Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Adds, Moves, and Changes (AMCs) on the current Avaya phone system.
- Support the decommissioning of Avaya lines, users, and functions as the college transitions to a Cisco Calling platform.
- Provide hands-on technical support for campus phone systems, including troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to phone services.
- Maintain clear documentation of changes and system updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Avaya phone systems, including configuring and maintaining endpoints.
- Experience supporting VoIP migrations, ideally from Avaya to Cisco platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and onsite 3 days per week.
- Prior experience in an educational or multi-site environment is a plus.
