A top healthcare partner of ours based in Atlanta, GA is looking for an Epic Cadence/Prelude Coordinator to join their team for a long term opportunity! Must have current or recent experience working in healthcare, and creating the design, build, test, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules. Must be local to Atlanta (Atlantic Station), Athens, or Augusta, GA to sit onsite at least 2x/week. Apply today to connect with our team for more details!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Epic Certified
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules, including managing provider templates, visit types, registration workflows, and patient access configurations.
  • 3-5 years experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to implement scalable scheduling and registration solutions, maintain build integrity, and support ongoing system upgrades and optimizations.
  • Hands-on experience with the Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
  • Experience working with end-users/customers for Epic application support
  • Strong communication to be able to work with internal teams and third-party vendors

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Additional Epic certifications
  • Experience with Logistics and/or Hyperdrive implementations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide top tier support to a multitude of healthcare end users that are using the Cadence/Prelude and RTE applications
  • Resolving break/fix and optimizations tasks through a ticketing system (Evonte)
  • Support Go-Live events/implementations and day to day customer use of Grand Central platform
  • Implementation of configuration changes to the Epic system
  • Meet with Informatics and other revenue cycle teams to work through change controls and ensure platforms are optimized
