Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and direct various projects within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage significant projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in non-IT business applications.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP MDG and related technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous managerial experience in a project management role.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
