Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with W/ Excellent SQL/Redshift and ETL skills who have at least 10 Years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data processing and analytics.
Build, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines using Redshift and other AWS data services.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the AWS/Redshift ecosystem.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of data solutions.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across databases and ETL jobs.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non technical audiences.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing best practices.
Business Analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven experience in customer coordination and managing expectations.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
