Program Manager

Title of Role: Program Manager

Location: Onsite, 3 days per week (Paris, France; Toronto Canada, Framingham, MA; Boston, MA; Waltham, MA; Cambridge, MA)

Situation:

Phase II of their of their Lab/R&D Transformation project has just kicked off and they do not have a in house Program Manager leading the initiative. Phase 1 was the implementation of their Lab system that will be used in over 100 Labs with 2,500 R&D personal. Phase II is focused on the Data side where they will be Azure Data Lake, CI/CD and Advanced analytics.

Need:

Our client needs a Sr. Program Manager who has extensive background in BioPhrarma and R&D. This person must be an expert in Agile/SAFe using Confluence and Jira. Strong Communication skills will be important for this role also. This Program Manager will well be owing all the project artifacts and typical program manager responsibilities: Budget, Scope, Timelines, Resource Planning, Organizational Structure, Deliverables, Preparing material for presentations etc they will also be managing the SI. Candidates must be flexible to work On-Site 3 days per week. Candidates must also be flexible to travel - If working from France, role will include trips to U.S, Canada also. Fluent English speaking is mandatory with French speaking a big advantage.
