Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead strategic engineering programs within our Healthcare & Life Sciences Business Unit (HLSBU). This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in delivering high-value engineering services and driving large-scale programs from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple engineering and design teams.

  • Manage client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with delivery timelines and quality standards.

  • Maintain full financial and operational oversight of assigned programs.

  • Contribute to the growth of the business through strategic thinking and proactive client engagement.

  • Apply best practices and methodologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma) for efficient program execution.

  • Leverage tools such as CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and stay ahead with Generative AI and automation trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of experience in engineering services, with a minimum of 5 years as a Program Director.

  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale programs with budgets of $5M+ and teams of 100+ members.

  • Strong leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business priorities.

  • Experience in Healthcare or MedTech sectors is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.).

  • Preferred: Master s degree, MBA, or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma.

  • Hands-on experience with engineering tools (CAD/CAE/PLM) and project management platforms.
