Job Title: DevOps / Atlassian support engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps / SRE / support Engineer, to provide support to the Atlassian suite products and underlying infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the Atlassian suite, automation of tasks, DevOps practices, and monitoring. This role requires hands-on experience to support our Software Developers in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations support:
    • Atlassian suite support and access requests (Jira, Bitbucket)
    • Sailpoint access control
    • Certificates renewal
    • Small Grafana changes
    • Monitoring efficiency metrics dashboard for Bamboo agents
    • Cloud/Unix admin and monitoring
  • Scripting & Automation:
    • Jira workflow automation
    • Bitbucket workflow automation
    • CI/CD pipelines set-up, troubleshooting and support
    • Use of AI tooling to prioritize SonarQube messages, Build issues, CI/CD logs

Qualifications:

  • Minimal of 4 years experience as SRE/DevOps/Support engineer.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting all tools of the Atlassian suite, from access requests to performance to automating workflows.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Windows command-line tools and Puppet Infra-as-code.
  • Knowledge of SonarQube
  • Experience with AI tooling and Agentic AI to streamline the flow of incidents, error logs, security logs

Certifications:

  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP)
