Position: Scrum Master
Location: Austin, TX / Dallas, TX (3 Days Onsite Day 1 Onsite, Non-Negotiable)
Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background and proven expertise in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end project execution, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring smooth coordination across onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and drive end-to-end delivery for multiple projects.
- Manage and track project progress using Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools.
- Develop and maintain Project Plans and Release Plans from scratch.
- Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and engineering.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly project status reports.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Contribute to process improvements and Agile maturity across teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, JQL, Jira Automation, Dashboards, and Data Plane Reports.
- Experience in managing end-to-end project execution - from initiation to production implementation.
- Experience creating and managing Project Plans and Release Plans independently.
- Solid understanding of Global Delivery Models (onshore/offshore).
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) project management.
- Strong technical mindset and ability to participate in technical discussions and review architecture documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD environments or DevOps-driven delivery.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects.

- This is a Day-1 Onsite Role - candidates must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX or Dallas, TX.
