Robert Half is seeking an IT professional and customer-focused AV Support Specialist to support a local law firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting AV and video conferencing technologies across multiple platforms and office locations. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Job Title: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Seattle, Washington (100% onsite)
Type: 3-month contract with potential to extend or convert

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting AV and video conferencing technologies across multiple platforms and office locations. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Job Title: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Seattle, Washington (100% onsite)
Type: 3-month contract with potential to extend or convert
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily AV system reports to ensure performance and readiness.
- Collaborate with meeting organizers to define AV and technical support requirements.
- Coordinate and assign additional support resources as needed.
- Set up, test, and operate mobile videoconferencing units.
- Schedule, coordinate, and support multi-office video conferences.
- Provide high-touch, local support for client-facing events and conference center meetings.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar AV Support role (2+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Telepresence endpoints
- Room AV Integration Technologies (e.g., Crestron, Q-SYS)
- Video conferencing platforms: Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience supporting AV systems on Mac OS environments.
- Background in legal or professional services industries.
