Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and development best practices across platform teams.
Define data model extensions, custom applications, and integration patterns using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Lead performance optimization, instance scalability, upgrade planning, and version migrations.
Build reusable components, Flow Designer logic, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and custom widgets (Service Portal).
Conduct code reviews, technical audits, and platform health checks.
Mentor development teams on scripted APIs, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, and Client Scripts.
Align architecture with enterprise strategy and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.

Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) required.
13+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of technical leadership experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Deep expertise in platform configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Jelly, AngularJS).
Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
Solid understanding of data schema design, CMDB modeling, Discovery, and Event Management.
Experience with Scoped Applications, App Engine, and custom workflow solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).

Preferred Skills:
Experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Familiarity with cloud-native integrations (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Experience working in regulated environments such as finance or healthcare.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
