Job Details

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing across on-premise and cloud environments

  • 10+ years of experience with business intelligence (BI) and big data solutions

  • 10+ years of experience working with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading and managing advanced analytics projects

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

  • 10+ years of experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications and data storage solutions

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, enterprise data standards, and best practices

  • High proficiency in SQL and other database technologies

  • In-depth knowledge of advanced analytics tools, frameworks, and strategies

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure management, including:

    • Cloud data storage options

    • Security and compliance considerations

    • Best practices for deploying and scaling applications

  • Experience developing and maintaining enterprise data models, data warehouses, and data lakes for analytics and reporting

  • Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, particularly in healthcare

  • Proven experience collaborating closely with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, and API-based integrations

  • Experience with EHR integrations, REST APIs, and real-time data streaming

  • Proven experience architecting and designing ETL pipelines using Informatica

  • Experience designing and modeling cloud-based data architectures using Snowflake as the primary data platform
