Primary Responsibilities:



  • Craft and refine technical documentation to suit the diverse needs of various audiences, guided by input from product owners, subject matter experts, and marketing. This includes adhering to development standards, creating technology knowledge base content, and producing other technical publications.

  • Conduct comprehensive research to gather technical and programmatic data, encompassing user stories, design and project specifications, and interviews with subject matter experts.


Required Qualifications and Skills:



  • Exceptional proficiency in communication and writing, with acute attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated commitment to generating relevant, precise, and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse reader bases.

  • Capacity and initiative to amalgamate data from disparate sources into coherent documents tailored to specific audiences.

  • Effective communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Competence in time management, deadline adherence, and prioritization, even in the absence of explicit direction.

  • Aptitude for comprehending technical concepts and articulating them in accessible language.

  • Familiarity with applying standards, styles, and templates to ensure consistency in documentation presentation.

  • Capability to produce technical documentation aligned with audience requirements, under the guidance of product owners or subject matter experts.

  • Proficiency in various authoring software tools such as MS Office, Adobe products, and Content Management Systems (CMS), with a readiness to swiftly learn new software.

  • Educational background in Technical Communication/Writing or a related field, or equivalent writing experience.

  • Preferably, two to three years of experience in a comparable role or related domain; however, promising candidates at entry-level will also be considered.


Additional Desired Skills:



  • Knowledge of web, social media, marketing copywriting, and creative writing.

  • Basic understanding of HTML.

  • Experience operating within an Agile/Scrum framework.
