Product Analyst (Service Now)
Job Details
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, the qualified professional will be responsible for working with all levels of leadership and can effectively drive user acceptance testing, document results, and ensure testing stays on track for our phased go-live approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ServiceNow implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Document UAT results, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Maintain a detailed testing schedule to ensure timely completion of all testing phases
- Provide regular updates to leadership on testing progress and any potential risks
- Ensure all testing activities are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in new implementations and UAT
- Experience in driving and managing phased go-live approaches
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work with and influence leadership at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Desired Skills:
- Certification in ServiceNow or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project ,anagement tools
