Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Worcester, Massachusetts. In this role, you will assist with hardware replacements, software installations, and providing technical support for end users with varying levels of expertise. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills while supporting a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform hardware replacements for devices that do not meet system requirements.
Configure and image machines to ensure proper software installation and functionality.
Install and customize niche software applications based on specific user needs.
Provide technical support to end users with different levels of technical proficiency.
Assist with the final stages of a Windows 11 upgrade project, focusing on hardware deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and resolved issues.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11.
Experience supporting individuals with diverse technical skill levels.
Proficiency in computer hardware and configuration management.
Familiarity with deployment processes and endpoint management.
Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Citrix, and Cisco.
Ability to work effectively with both Mac and Apple devices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
