Job Details
Title: Java Architect / Hands-On Technical Manager Location: Plano, TX (On-site) Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of passionate developers and analysts, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
- Design scalable and robust solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
- Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to development team members.
- Work hands-on with APIs, REST, integration patterns, and eventing platforms like Kafka.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java & J2EE applications.
- Build high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build Event, Domain, CQRS-driven designed applications.
- Develop dynamic front-end applications with Vue.js, NUXT, PrimeVue, SSR, AWS Amplify.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS.
Skills Required:
- Strong backend experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on front-end expertise in Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Advanced UI development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Cloud deployment expertise with AWS.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Quasar, Vuetify (PrimeVue and NUXT preferred).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design.
- Experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Expertise in multithreading and concurrent process handling.
- Experience in functional test automation using Playwright and Karate.
