Job Details

Job Title: Mid-Level Onsite IT Support Engineer
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)
Experience: 6 8 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

  • Provide AV support, urgent troubleshooting, and VIP-level service

  • Execute IMAC, device imaging, and inventory management

  • Perform onboarding/offboarding support in coordination with IT, HR, and Security

  • Document SOPs and resolutions in ServiceNow

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals

  • Hands-on with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra Self-Service

  • Basic network troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing experience

  • ITIL awareness and customer-first attitude

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
