Job Title: Mid-Level Onsite IT Support Engineer
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)
Experience: 6 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
End-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
Provide AV support, urgent troubleshooting, and VIP-level service
Execute IMAC, device imaging, and inventory management
Perform onboarding/offboarding support in coordination with IT, HR, and Security
Document SOPs and resolutions in ServiceNow
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals
Hands-on with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra Self-Service
Basic network troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and client-facing experience
ITIL awareness and customer-first attitude
CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
