Location: Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with an engineering mindset who are passionate about building scalable, user-friendly applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and isn t afraid to push boundaries with new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, React, and SQL.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver new features.

  • Write clean, scalable, and high-performance code.

  • Debug and troubleshoot applications, ensuring stability and reliability.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience with .NET for robust and scalable applications (70 80% focus).

  • 5+ years with React for dynamic, responsive UI development (20 30% focus).

    • Note: Angular experience is acceptable if open to learning React.

  • Strong SQL experience for database management and queries.

  • Proficiency with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and Git/version control.

  • Strong problem-solving ability, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker).

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
