Job Details

The Self-Driving Hardware team is looking for an experienced Product Engineer who will be responsible for all phases of Product Development from pre-silicon to volume manufacturing of SOCs used in Automotive and HPC applications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed test plans, involve in testability and manufacturability reviews with design
  • Bring up structural (ATPG/BIST etc.), functional, HSIO, MSIP and parametric tests during NPI
  • Characterization of Processors, Hard IPs & IOs to optimize power, performance, thermal and operating specs
  • Cross-platform correlation to derive test points and adopt necessary test improvements
  • Reliability including burn-in conditions, pre/post ATE test, shift analysis and any failure resolution
  • Ensure stability/repeatability of probe and package production test software and hardware
  • Quality improvement through system/field failure root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
  • Yield improvement via close collaboration with foundry & OSATs to define and validate process changes
  • Statistical analysis to identify yield detractors, develop custom outlier routines towards Zero DPPM

Requirements
  • Degree in fields related to Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of related experience, with recent 3+ years on Advantest 93K or similar ATE platform
  • Must have experience in New Product Introduction into Manufacturing
  • Good knowledge on silicon process, DFT/DFM
  • Experience in test data analysis & automation via JMP, C/C++, Perl/Python on Windows/Linux environment
  • Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills with good problem solving, creative abilities
  • Good knowledge on ATE tester hardware architecture intricacies, test software and hardware
  • Experience with System Level testing is desired
