Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and senior leaders.
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and programs, aligning delivery with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies to strengthen Agile adoption and maturity.
- Partner with leadership to ensure Agile principles and mindset are embedded at all levels of the organization.
- Provide hands-on coaching in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile frameworks.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments that hinder Agile delivery.
- Establish and track Agile metrics and KPIs to measure progress and value delivery.
- Support program increment (PI) planning, portfolio governance, and cross-team collaboration.
- Promote a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 13+ years of overall experience in IT or Business Delivery roles, including 7+ years as an Agile Coach.
- Proven experience coaching at the team, program, and enterprise levels.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and LeSS.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Hands-on experience with Agile metrics and tools like Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
- Track record of leading Agile transformations in large, complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC/ATF), or equivalent.
- Experience in organizational change management and enterprise transformation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Lean Portfolio Management, or Agile Product Management.
