Role: Senior Drupal Web Developer (Drupal/WordPress, PHP/LAMP)

Location: Austin, TX Onsite - Locals Preferred

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CMS Web Developer with deep expertise in PHP development within LAMP/LEMP environments and enterprise-level Drupal and WordPress administration. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in CMS customization, Linux-based systems, and full-stack web development using modern frameworks and tools.

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in PHP development within LAMP or LEMP stacks
  • 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress)
  • 8+ years of experience with custom themes, modules, workflows, and CMS tools
  • Strong experience with web frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Symfony
  • Proficient in Linux OS and command-line interface (CLI)
  • Solid understanding of web development methodologies and security best practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Python in web application development
  • Experience with information retrieval systems (Drupal Search, Solr, or similar)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Drush for Drupal administration
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly websites
  • Knowledge of AJAX techniques for asynchronous web apps
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Ruby, and Java
  • Familiarity with cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection security issues
  • Experience using ticketing systems like Remedy or KACE
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Recent industry certifications in web development or programming
