QA Engineer Conversational AI / GenAI Testing
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality Conversational AI and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test planning, execution, and automation, along with domain knowledge in customer service and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive, clear, and professional Test Plans and Test Cases.
Execute test cases across multiple environments to ensure consistent performance and functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools and processes.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
Apply QA automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct thorough testing in the Conversational AI and Chatbot space, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Leverage knowledge of GenAI capabilities and apply best practices for Agentic AI Testing.
Contribute insights to improve overall testing strategies and quality processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
Hands-on experience with at least one QA automation tool.
Experience in Conversational AI / Chatbot testing is highly desirable.
Strong exposure to the Customer Service domain.
Awareness of the latest GenAI advancements and their application in AI-driven testing scenarios.
- Microsoft SQL proficiency in writing queries to support backend testing/validation
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
