Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager specializing in ERP Change Management to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in guiding organizational transitions related to enterprise resource planning systems. The position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth change management processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage ERP change management initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
Develop and implement strategies to address resistance to change and promote user adoption.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Provide training and support to stakeholders to enhance their understanding of ERP systems.
Conduct assessments to identify potential challenges and risks associated with change management.
Work closely with leadership to align project goals with overall business strategies.
Document processes and create detailed reports to track the effectiveness of change management efforts.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into change management strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in ERP change management and implementation.
Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficient in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
