Summary

Leads the strategic use of data insights and reporting to inform business decisions across the organization. Translates complex analytics into actionable business strategies, partners cross-functionally to align priorities, and drives adoption of data-informed practices. Collaborates on reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement while guiding a high-performing analytics team.

Your role in our mission

  • Develop and champion analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Define the vision for how data is analyzed and turned into actionable insights to support business goals.
  • Analyze analytical models to tackle complex business challenges and uncover opportunities for improvement. Identify any data quality concerns and communicate quickly to resolve.
  • Translate technical insights into business recommendations and performance strategies. Partner with business leaders to support attainment of key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Oversee analytics-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery assurance across multiple initiatives. Prepare statements of work, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure delivery of business impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the departments to ensure analytics efforts are meeting the needs of the business.
  • Present insights to senior executives, account leaders, and clients (when applicable using data storytelling.
  • Apply Agile and Lean Six Sigma to improve reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and reporting specialists. Foster a collaborative and innovative team that models a data-driven culture.


What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in business analytics, strategy, or BI, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, AWS, Databricks) and data concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.


What you should expect in this role

  • This role is 100% remote with the opportunity to travel for work up to 15% annually.

The pay range for this position is $127,400.00 - $182,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
