One of our top clients is looking for a Software Support Analyst to join their growing team. Details from the client are below. However, we are looking for someone who is experienced with SQL queries (writing/reading) and performing application/website support and working with external customers to troubleshoot their issues. Next, we are looking for someone to do JIRA testing (of software rollouts and enhancements), documentation (creating 'how-to-guides') and training the customers. The manager ideally is looking for someone with great soft skills to communicate effectively with team members, colleagues in different departments and the customers. This is most likely someone who is mid-level in their career.
One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization is looking for an IT (Supply Chain) Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting systems for logistics operations and supply chain optimization. The solutions involve diverse technologies such as cloud software, on-machine telematics hardware, consumable data analytics, A.I. models, and emerging technologies. The analyst will support various business lines, including scheduling and dispatching for different transport modes (ships, barges, rail, trucks) across the suite of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation and Customer Service:
Manage, develop, and author necessary documentation and maintain a
document repository.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
QA and Training:
Provide QA testing, technical support, training, and documentation for various
Ready-mix Concrete IT Solutions.
Business Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improving logistics processes.
Propose and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Logistics and Dispatch Support:
Provide dispatching and scheduling support to Operations' end-users.
Support client sales and dispatching systems.
Become a subject matter expert for the internal client
application.
Telematics Management:
Collaborate with and support the IT Operations and Engineering team on
telematics.
Implement and support telematics solutions for tracking and managing
transportation assets.
Optimize fleet management through telematics data analysis.
Inventory Management:
Perform functional and technical analysis for inventory management.
Assist the business in identifying processes and solutions for effective inventory
level management.
Implement control measures to prevent shortages and excess inventory.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
