Description:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features and components.
- Customize using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, and Integrations.
- Collaborate with admins, QA, and business users to resolve issues.
- Hands-on experience with case management, CTI, and Omni-Channel preferred.
- Salesforce Developer or Service Cloud certification is a plus.
