Summary:
The Senior Talent Development Consultant is responsible for enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. This role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, creating development programs, facilitating workshops, and contributing to organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Learning Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning programs, including leadership development, technical skill enhancement and team-building activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, department leaders, and HR partners to analyze training needs, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and tailor programs to diverse audiences.
Develop engaging and effective instructional materials across various modalities (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training, multimedia content).
Impactful Delivery and Facilitation:
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and programs using engaging techniques and fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Provide feedback and support to participants, maximizing learning and interaction.
Consult with leaders to identify team development needs and design interventions to enhance collaboration, communication, and team effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement and Technology Integration:
Collaborate with the LMS administration team to ensure seamless integration of e-learning modules and training programs.
Provide input on the selection and optimization of learning technologies, coordinate delivery through the LMS, and track program effectiveness.
Measure the impact of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis.
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Guide and mentor talent development consultants and staff development specialists, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
Project Management:
Responsible for ad-hoc program and project assignments, working independently or collaboratively as appropriate to accomplish the assignment. Identify talent development-related issues and assist in developing strategies to address them proactively.
Data Analysis:
Utilizes Microsoft Excel and other tools to provide reports and presentations for HR and System leaders. Analyzes data to better understand concerns and uses this data to provide options and recommendations to leaders.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No Licensure required
Professional Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in talent development, instructional design, and program development.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development best practices.
Proven facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Experience in designing and delivering team-building activities.
Familiarity with organizational development concepts and strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
