Job Title: SAP Project Manager Finance (FICO) | S/4HANA Implementation

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager Finance (FICO) to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects for a leading food industry client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO, end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, including planning, execution, go-live, and post-go-live support
Manage SAP project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables
Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
Oversee FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA) processes
Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams (MM, SD, PP, BW, Interfaces)
Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and SOX
Drive data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and hypercare activities
Manage system integrators and third-party vendors
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting
Support continuous improvement and optimization post-implementation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years in SAP FICO
2+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Finance processes in the Food or Manufacturing industry
Hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration points
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead on SAP programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile / Waterfall project methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM
Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations
