Microsoft Contact Center Architect (Remote)

Job Summary:
As a Contact Center Architect, you'll lead solution design for enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics implementations. You'll drive strategy, oversee technical execution, and ensure seamless integrations that enhance customer experience. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Azure ecosystem, with a proven background in designing and implementing large-scale, cloud-based contact center solutions.
Required Skills:
- experience in Contact Center Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions.
- Strong background in cloud architecture and contact center automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer service technologies.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and solution roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture for Dynamics-based contact center solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of implementations.
- Lead integration with third-party platforms and AI capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Optimize contact center workflows for efficiency and automation.
