Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented SEO Analyst to support organic search performance for a global leader in hospitality, entertainment, and travel experiences. This role plays a critical part in scaling SEO impact across a wide-ranging ecosystem of digital properties-including theme parks, resorts, cruise lines, and vacation planning platforms.

Location: Glendale, CA (hybrid-onsite 4 days/week, 1-day WFH)

Duration: 12-month contract w/ potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: $45-50/hr

Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Overview:

As part of the SEO Center of Excellence within the broader search activation team, the SEO Analyst will contribute to both technical and content-driven SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise SEO strategy, performance diagnostics, and search behavior evolution-including AI-powered discovery and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute onsite SEO initiatives from concept to launch, improving search visibility across a portfolio of consumer-facing websites.
  • Conduct technical audits and optimizations, including Core Web Vitals, metadata, indexing strategies, JavaScript rendering, and sitemap health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content in Agile workflows using tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO KPIs-such as traffic, rankings, crawl health, and revenue attribution-via Google Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and other tools.
  • Research and advise on SEO-driven content strategies, optimizing both new and existing pages to align with brand tone and business goals.
  • Develop scalable strategies for emerging search technologies, including AI Overviews, generative AI assistants, and social discovery platforms.
  • Support local SEO and search listing management, along with optimization strategies for social search and editorial platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, SEO documentation, and process improvements to support team scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and shifts in consumer search behavior across multiple platforms.
  • Manage multiple concurrent SEO projects with strong attention to detail and deadline management.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an enterprise or multi-site environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical SEO concepts and ability to communicate effectively with product and development teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred), SEO tools (Semrush, GSC), and enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO strategies to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile settings and managing deliverables across both content and technical SEO pipelines.
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Exposure to App Store Optimization (ASO) or omnichannel search strategy is a bonus.
