Walker Healthforce is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years’ experience to support a healthcare client based out of New Jersey. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
START DATE: ASAP
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Veteran, honorably discharged from one of the US Armed Services
- Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively multitask
- Experience working in deadline-driven and/or regulated environments
- Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Experience in the health insurance industry, particularly Medicare
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate initiatives for specific b2c programs/campaigns in direct marketing, advertising, promotion, special events, collateral, web site and other means that convey unified and distinctive leadership presence in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with appropriate business partners to develop and coordinate initiatives in advertising, promotion, sponsorship, special events, collateral, web sites and other means that convey a unified image in the marketplace.
- Assist Director of Partnerships develop and nurture relationships with statewide Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs).
- Coordinate campaign process including writing creative briefs and coordination of campaign requests.
- Ensure all campaigns are reviewed and approved by the relevant business partners and have strong financial justification (ROI).
- Act as a point of contact with outside agencies on multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Assists with the development of all marketing-related regulatory materials required to do business for Government Programs products.
- Responsible for assisting the Marketing Department in general day-to-day marketing tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
