RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time Genesys Cloud CX3 Architect to remotely support our enterprise technology client based out of Round Rock, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud CX3 Expert to lead the design, implementation, and integration of our customer experience solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Genesys Cloud CX3, API integrations, and AI-driven customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and seamless contact center solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of Genesys Cloud CX3 solutions, including routing, IVR, WEM, and outbound campaigns
* Design and develop custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
* Implement and optimize AI-powered features such as Predictive Engagement, Predictive Routing, and bots
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the Genesys Cloud environment
* Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations and platform performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX3 implementations
* Hands-on experience with Genesys Architect, Bot Flows, and Journey Analytics
* Proven experience integrating with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and data lakes
* Familiarity with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies
* Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, Oauth 2.0, and JSON/XML
* Genesys certifications (e.g. GCX-Google Cloud Platform, GCX-GCD, GCX-AI-GPE) are highly desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
