Job Title: Senior Oracle BI ERP Specialist

Job Description:
- The Oracle BI Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle BI solutions integrated within ERP systems.
- The role requires strong technical expertise in OBIEE, data modeling, and Oracle ERP modules, along with collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement Oracle BI solutions within ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain data models to support BI reporting.
- Optimize BI dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within ERP systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and Oracle BI best practices to recommend improvements.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Handle end-to-end processes from source system analysis to OBIEE deployments, including data reconciliation and validation.
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Perform data warehouse integration with ETL knowledge to resolve data discrepancy issues.
- Write and profile complex PL/SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Manage OBIEE RPD modeling, design start/snowflake schemas, and configure OBIEE features such as caching, usage tracking, and initialization blocks.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence tools and technologies (OBIEE, OAS).
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, PS).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience designing and optimizing data models for BI reporting.
- Exposure to SAP with good understanding of S/4HANA tables, CDS views, and custom reports.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes including O2C, P2P, PL2PR, and C2R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reconciliation expertise.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Oracle BI certification preferred but not mandatory.
