SAP Business One Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Business One Business Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business One, database management, and software development, coupled with solid accounting knowledge and experience in inventory systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business process understanding to design, implement, and maintain customized ERP solutions that align with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SAP Business One environments, including configuration, user support, and process optimization.
• Design and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions using SAP B1 SDK, B1if, or related APIs.
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal tools with an emphasis on system reliability and scalability.
• Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, stored procedures, and data structures to support enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with finance teams to enhance AR/AP modules, ensuring seamless accounting workflows and compliance.
• Implement and support inventory and warehouse management solutions, including barcoding, bin tracking, and real-time reporting.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Crystal Reports, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• Troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply debugging techniques to ensure system uptime.
• Document technical solutions, user guides, and maintain code repositories (e.g., Git).
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value-added solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One (functional and/or technical).
• 3+ years of experience in database management systems SQL Server, MySQL, or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Java, Python) used for application development and SAP B1 integrations.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
• Experience working with inventory, warehouse, or supply chain systems.
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture principles, and debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP Business One on HANA.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to ERP data migration and implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
