Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong Oracle Supply Chain functional testing experience to support a large enterprise transformation program. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners in a SAFe Agile environment. This is an onsite role in Nashville, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, and integration testing for Oracle Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Work closely with Oracle SCM functional consultants to understand business flows and test scenarios.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Validate integrations between Oracle Supply Chain and downstream/upstream systems.
- Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support UAT cycles and work closely with business stakeholders for sign-offs.
- Provide regular test status updates and communicate risks/issues proactively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Supply Chain applications.
- Hands-on testing experience in one or more Oracle SCM modules such as:
- Inventory
- Order Management
- Procurement
- Manufacturing
- Logistics / Shipping
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
- Experience working in SAFe Agile or scaled Agile frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with onsite client stakeholders.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in the Insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting, or back-office systems).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM testing.
- Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Oracle OATS, or similar).
- Experience working in large enterprise transformation or migration programs.
