The analyst will play a critical role in supporting surgical and anesthesia workflows, ensuring system integrity, and driving clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Epic OpTime and Anesthesia modules
  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into Epic configuration
  • Ensure system settings align with organizational standards and compliance needs
  • Configure department- and system-level settings, including charting reminders, procedure documentation, and anesthesia-specific workflows such as intraoperative workspace, billing, device integration, and third-party application connectivity via SFTP
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation
  • Maintain consistency across environments and ensure build decisions are well-documented and communicated
  • Support system-wide go-live and optimization efforts and post-live stabilization

Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Epic build and implementation experience post-certification
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows, including documentation, procedure coordination, and clinical decision support
  • Experience supporting system-wide go-live and optimization efforts, including readiness planning, build validation, and post-live stabilization
