ONSITE ROLE
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • the Digital Shelf Sr. Manager will focus on the "beat the algorithm" strategy for eCommerce teams and enforce processes supporting efficiency and execution to improve speed to market while driving conversion and sales. This includes overseeing eRetail activation processes to ensure timely and accurate product launches and updates across all online retail partners. The individual must possess a complete understanding of the purpose, vision, and business plan of the eCommerce team and collaborate with key stakeholders (Brand, Digital, eCommerce teams, CGO/eKADs) to support strategic brand objectives, launches, and activities that increase share of shelf, discoverability, and search rank.
    The mission of the role is to deliver best-in-class digital shelf and discoverability, deliver playbooks that communicate best practices, showcase trends and opportunities on retailer sites, and motivate a test & learn environment, ensuring content remains relevant to drive sales.
    This individual will act as an operational mentor or coach to brand teams and leadership to establish process change and more efficient rollout of tools, as well as upstream internal Ways of Working and processes within the existing toolkit through training, education, and reporting.
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Digital Shelf Optimization:
    Develop and oversee the beat the algorithm strategy.
    Manage a team of eCommerce Analysts dedicated to each retailer, responsible for:
    Content Excellence
    SEO & On-site Search
    Best-in-class content creation & advice-driven online merchandising
    Supporting daily customer-centric responsibilities
    eRetail Activation:
    Oversee and manage the timely and accurate execution of product launches, updates, and promotional activities across all eRetail platforms.
    Collaborate with CGO/eKAD teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of asset and copy handoff to retail partners.
    Manage and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to product information, assets, or copy on retailer sites.
    Develop and maintain best-practice documentation for eRetail activation processes.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
    Manage and communicate digital shelf playbooks and Search and Discoverability roadmap across the Luxe organization.
    Partner with Brand, DTC, Digital, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment and execution.
    Ensure work is maintained in PIM/DAM, achieving fair share of Share of Shelf (SOS) and Share of Voice (SOV) with retailers.
    Toolkit Management & Data Integrity:
    Own, maintain, and develop the Digital Shelf toolkit ecosystem (PIM, DAM, Clavis, etc.) and ensure data integrity.
    Support management of brand libraries in PIM/DAM and coach Brand Activation Managers (BAMs).
    Analyze content creation processes and usage to recommend data-based optimizations.
    Educate and evangelize established workflows for adding content to DAM & PIM systems.
    Team Leadership & Innovation:
    Build, coach, and mentor teams, fostering eCommerce expertise within the Luxe Division.
    Pursue new projects, tools, and ways of working to achieve better business results and best-in-class Digital Shelf practices.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    College Degree
    Solid background (5-8+ years) in digital content management and eRetail activation.
    Possess a creative mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
    Experience managing digital shelf and discoverability insights.
    Ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternatives, and provide fact-based solutions.
    Strong collaborative spirit with a passion for problem-solving.
    Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
    Innovative thinking and ability to bring new ideas.
    Proven ability to act as a change agent.
